NATURE WALKING - A GUIDE

The natural world, which we are a part of not separate to, is a space we can always enter to find solace, peace and life - even in the darkest of times. It is well known that thirty minutes in a ‘green area’ can lighten moods, this is true even for the smallest city park, garden or walk down a body of water; the ocean, a canal, a stream.

Connecting with your environment can be a great opportunity for grounding and restoration, the cyclical rhythms as a reminder that nothing is permanent and that we are all interwoven.

SALT SOUNDS: MIDNIGHT BATHING

The first in the SALT SOUND series, Midnight Bathing is an audio journey through ambient and calming sounds. Curated with the quiet hours in mind, this playlist is a companion for meditation, drawing and listening.

The accompanying image is a giant gong (2.5 m in diameter), forged Aarhus for the Amorphus project, 1992. The gong was later exhibited at Parkens Anatomi Sculpture Park in Aalborg, Denmark.
